These terms apply to your use of sweepscalendar.com (“Sweeps Calendar”, “we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to them.
What we do
Sweeps Calendar is a free directory of sweepstakes, contests and instant-win games run by other companies. We list promotions and link to the sponsor's entry page and official rules.
We are not the sponsor
Unless a promotion on the site clearly says that Sweeps Calendar is the sponsor, we do not run, administer or endorse the sweepstakes we list. Each promotion is governed by its sponsor's official rules. The sponsor alone is responsible for the promotion, including eligibility, entries, winner selection and prizes. Questions about a promotion should go to its sponsor.
Accuracy of listings
We check listings against the sponsor's official rules, but details such as end dates, prize values and eligibility can be wrong, out of date, or changed by the sponsor. End times are shown in Eastern time and converted from the time zone in the rules. Always read the official rules before entering; where the site and the official rules differ, the official rules control.
Your responsibilities
- Make sure you are eligible before entering, including age and state of residence.
- Follow each sponsor's rules and entry limits.
- A legitimate sweepstakes never requires payment to enter or claim a prize. Do not pay a fee to anyone claiming you won.
- Do not scrape, copy or republish the site's listings in bulk, or interfere with the site's operation.
Reporting a problem
If a listing is wrong, has ended, or looks like a scam, email us at contact@sweepscalendar.com and we will review it.
Listings submitted by sponsors
Sponsors and agencies may submit promotions for listing. We decide what to list and may edit or remove any listing. Paid placements are labeled “Featured”.
Links and advertising
The site links to third-party websites and shows advertising. We are not responsible for the content, products or privacy practices of other sites or advertisers.
No warranty
The site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any listing is complete or accurate.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sweeps Calendar is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the site, your participation in any promotion listed on it, or any prize or lack of a prize.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed, and continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
