Privacy Policy

Effective November 1, 2026

Sweeps Calendar (“we”, “us”) runs sweepscalendar.com, a free directory of sweepstakes listed by end date. This policy explains what information is collected when you use the site and how it is used.

Information stored in your browser

Your entry checkboxes, filters and selected tab are saved in your own browser (local storage) so they are there when you come back. This information stays on your device. We do not receive it, and clearing your browser data removes it.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, such as which pages are visited, how visitors arrive, approximate location (city or region) and device type. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect this information. We use it in aggregate to improve the site and do not use it to identify you personally. You can learn how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Advertising

The site is supported by advertising. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet.

You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at aboutads.info/choices.

Information you send us

If you email us or submit a sweepstakes for listing, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, email address and the details of the promotion. We use it only to respond to you and to review the listing.

Links to other sites

Listings link to sponsors' websites, entry forms and official rules. We do not run those sites, and any information you enter there, including when you enter a sweepstakes, is handled under the sponsor's own privacy policy.

Children

The site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

Your choices

• Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The calendar still works without them.
• Opt out of personalized ads and analytics using the links above.
• Email us to ask what information we hold about you or to have it deleted.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
